Our head chef, Toby Goodwin, joined us from St Brides Hotel and Spa in Pembrokeshire, where he was head chef for 15 years. Prior to this, he worked at Wentworth Golf Club. Sous-chef Robert Eden-Bagley works alongside Toby.
